Setting yourself goals in all aspects of your life gives you the opportunity to visualise your purpose. It allows you to see the path you want to go down and the end point seems a little closer. The beauty of regularly reviewing your goals is that you can easily alter them to make them more realistic for your timeframe or to factor in any changes you come across. Goals allow you to free yourself from the shackles of uncertainty as you know what you want and have figured out how you will get to it. This week, try and write a list of aims that you want to accomplish – write a little rough outline of your goals and why you want to achieve them. At the end of the week, review what you have written and whether you have achieved them. This can also work for setting yourself long term goals with short term check points.
